1.1. Welcome to United-Links URL Shortening Platform] ("the Service"). By using this Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1.2. United-Links is a brand powered by WebAppz IT-Consulting GmbH ("the Company") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions of the Terms will be posted on the Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
2.1. Users may be required to register an account to access certain features of the Service. Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
2.2. Users are solely responsible for any activities that occur under their account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to a user's account.
3.1. Users may use the Service to shorten URLs and access related features, including link statistics, custom domains, categorization, geotargeting, platform and language-based redirection.
3.2. Users agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, pornographic, malicious, or harmful activities, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
In the event that we discover such activity, we reserve the right to immediately delete the account in question. In this case, any amounts already paid will not be refunded.
4.1. The Company collects and processes user data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Users agree to the collection and use of their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
United-Links does not process personal data - no IP, no cookies, no fingerprints. We do not use the data for its own purposes and does not share the data with third parties. We do not merge data from different websites. IP addresses are anonymized by default. We do not track people across their devices and across websites and apps that they visit. There is no way to know whether the same person visits a site from more than one device or visits another website.
5.1. Users retain ownership of the content they shorten using the Service. However, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
6.1. Shortened links created by free plan users may be subject to expiration after a defined period. Paid plan users enjoy permanent link retention. Details of link retention periods are available on the Service.
7.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the Service at its discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
8.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, District Court Aschaffenburg, Erthalstraße 3, 63739 Aschaffenburg . Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located above.
