Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to the features you've paid for until the end of your billing cycle.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Once your subscription expires, you'll lose access to all the subscription features.
Do you track visitors - are you using cookies?
The goal of United-Links is to track overall trends in your website traffic, it is not to track individual visitors. We don’t use cookies, we don’t generate any persistent identifiers and we don’t collect or store any personal or identifiable data. All of the data is aggregated data only and it has no personal information.
Where do you store collected data?
All of the data that we do track and collect is kept fully secured, encrypted and hosted on 100% renewable energy powered server in germany. We don’t work with external partners. No third party vendors are involved other than the hosting company that owns the servers where the data is stored. Data will never leave the EU!
What’s about data ownership?
When you use our service to manage your links and measure your website stats, we will collect information about your visitors. You keep 100% ownership of collected data. In general, we will never monetize or share your data with third party companies!
Is your service GDPR compliant?
Yes. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulation (PECR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) require user consent to store cookies or other identifiers on the user’s computer (except for technically necessary cookies). Why does United-Links not require the user’s consent? United-Links does not process personal data - no IP, no cookies, no fingerprints. United-Links does not use the data for its own purposes and does not share the data with third parties. United-Links does not merge data from different websites. IP addresses are anonymized by default. We do not track people across their devices and across websites and apps that they visit. There is no way to know whether the same person visits a site from more than one device or visits another website.
